Which companies actually make CRT for televisions?

I don't mean just sell or market t.v.s. Who are the companies who make original CRTs on an OEM basis for companies like Sony, Panasonic, Toshiba, LG, etc, etc.? I have been told that there are very few, even as few as three in the whole world.
Does anybody know? Thanks.
