Demagnatize Monitor? Help!

I accidentally (total stupidity) left a large woofer driver with a huge magnet near my Sony monitor overnight. Now I have large green areas on the right side of my screen. Is there any demagnatizer tool that will remove these without dragging this monster to a repair facility and spending big bucks to fix?
