Actually there are soooo many. But most of them make them by license from other few company. They all "steal" it from Philips who made first tube as we know it today. It is called Euro-Tube, or In-Line, or (as Sony like to call it) Trinitron. All are the same and ivented by Philips.
When you look at the back of the tube, if part number begins with an "A" it is Philips or it's licensed factory.
