Is there any special skill/technique/product required, or is it simply adjusting colour etc on the TV until you like the look of the picture? As I'm in Australia, is there any difference using the PAL system as opposed to NTSC?
I am looking at buying a new TV (crt-type only) and would appreciate any help or advice.
