How do I line up the colors on my projection screen TV

I recently set up a satellite HDTV receiver on my Sony 53'' projection screen TV. When I switch to HD mode the colors aren't lines up properly. Does anyone know the code on the remote control that will allow me to get into the hidden menues so that I can line up the colors?
