I was wondering if anyone on this board had heard the following home theater components:
The SEA 4.0 Home Theater Speaker System &
Toshiba SD6109C DVD/Receiver
I have friends who want Home Theater but are unwilling to go over approx. $500 and want a compact setup. I can get the 4.0 speaker set for $225 and the Toshiba unit for $300 which they felt was close enough. I know the sound won't be perfect, but I was just wanting to see if it would be OK for the super cheap price range. I hate to buy without listening, but considering the dearth of choices in this price range, I don't know what else to recommend. I would particularly like to hear any opinions on the speakers or the SEA company in general if anyone could help out. Thanks.
