Yamaha rxv-995/800 vs Harman Kardon AVR-500

Hi,

I would like to know what people think about these two
receivers. Which one is better for stereo music ?

I had decided to buy Yamaha rxv995 or rxv800 online for $630 but
looks like I might get into problems with warranty if
anything goes wrong.
As opposed to that I might get HK avr-500 for $500
from an authorized dealer with manufacturer's warranty.

I dont know what to do.. please help..
