It is so nice to see others with this fine product I was beginning to wonder if there were any sold other than the one I purchased. A couple of quick question Do you notice that it is very noisy whenever it loses the bitstream from a digital source (ie switching from DD 2.0 to DD 5.1 or DTS)? also could you please let me know what version of the firmware your unit has (Karl)... I agree wholeheartedly the customer support is really lackluster.
