the ability to reacquire 24 frames/second rate from the DVD player's 30 frame/second? I'd like the liquidity but don't know what players do this, if any. Would also want progressive scan.
Anyway, it'd be nice to know what term to look for to restore a movies frame rate. The frame jitter is annoying.
