Wait for Proceed to update the AVP! The Classe SSP 75 is not going to be upgrade to 8 channels as Classe says there is no room on back. I spoke with them Friday. But the SSP-25 will be. Proceed is doing a major revision of the both their surround processors but they will not be ready until the end of the year. Upgrade is going to involve hardware such as better "chips", no component switching on the avp though. As a former owner of the avp, I trust Proceed to come up with some significant upgrades.
