Need Remot e Control Codes, Arcam AVR100 and Sony Tivo

Can someone tell me what the remote codes are for the Arcam AVR100 and Sony Direct TV/Tivo box are?
I am try to program a universal remote that came with a Panasonic CT34WXX... television.
I can program the remote for the Sony with a DBS code but then I lose all the Tivo functionality.
