Dolby Set Up disk?

Does anyone know if there is a set up disk for Dolby systems ie for speaker level (especially the sub) and delay.
I have a Kef sub which as with most allows adjustment of the volume as well as the roll off frequency. One minute it seems right the next not...
Any tips also appreciated.
