Rotel used to make one, I think it was called a 485. You can look for a used one. I think I sold mine for $100.
In reality, it's probably cheaper just to get a complete 5.1 channel receiver. Fairly descent ones from Technics, Pioneer, Sony, Panasonic all sell for $300 to 600.
