HD component video balun transformer(s)?

I need to get an HD component feed across a piece of CAT5, I've looked at everything I can find but nothing specifically says it will work with an HD component signal. I'm in desperate need so if anyone can offer a suggestion it is greatly appreciated. (Please email your response mike@vissys.com) Thanks Ahead of Time.
