I have factory refurbished Vandersteen 1'bs on sound anchor stands and a new MSB Linc Dac III w/upsampling that I wish to incorporate into an AUDIO/home theatre system. I have a new Cambridge 500se CD player too (can return if needed). Have stealth digital IC, Homegrown SS rca IC, MSB digital, Stealth HAC power cord, Sound Organisation AV three shelf table. Also have old Rotel Int. Amp (840bx3)
I have about $2,500 that I can put into system over time (new or used). What receiver? Outlaw, Denon, NAD, Rotel, others? I am thinking of adding a used pair of Vandy 1c's, HSU sub, and vandy center. Still need a DVD player? New Phillips? Others? I do have the MSB Dac.
What equipment additions choices provide great AUDIO/home theatre for great value and some futute flexibility?
My room is 25 X 15 with Hardwood floors and rugs. Need speaker rec. too to stay in budget.
