Dear all,
after 18 months of having dvd and multi channel sound have finally got around to adding a sub.
my system is capable of producing 25 hz without a sub so having added a sub what has changed?
Slam Weight the impression of Power and Control.
the sub is an 18" jbl 2246 in a sealed box with a 300w power amp.
tremendous dynamics are now available in the low bass .
in all a great result,especially as it is home built by a friend to his own design. If this is what he has sold me what the hell is he replacing it with?
home build is the way to go for subs in my opinion.
