Need help with HT processor selection

TVs, VCRs, DVD players, Home Theater systems and more.

I have a 2-channel setup of a Power amp
and a CD-player which also acts as my
pre-amp. The Preamp/CD-player has digital inputs
but lacks any analog inputs.
Is there any DD/DTS processors which can
deliver the FRONT output as a digital/PCM
signal which could be connected to my
"digital" premap/cd-player inputs. The
center/rear channels should be normal
low-level outputs.
Any other suggestion on how to add HT to
my setup is highly appreciated.
Equipment:
ML 334 Poweramp
Proceed CDP CD-player/preamp
(Connected via XLR/balanced)
