DVD color problem

I just hooked up a DVD player using component from the palyer to the tv. I initially played Galdiator and a couple other movies, and everything looked fine. Then I put in Fantasia 2000, and everything that was supposed to be red was green. I put Gladiator back in and it worked fine, so its only Fantasia 2000 that had the problem. I thought it might be a defective DVD, so I played it on a friend's system, and it worked fine. I'd appreciate any ideas anybody has as to what could be causing this problem. thanks
