We have a Barco VSE40 with our 808S - this gives the option of doubling or quadrupling. We project on to a 112 inch screen & without doubling or quadrupling the lines are clearly visible.
However I suggest you might like to investigate fine tuning & tweaking the projector before jumping into a VSE40 or a doubler card. Incidentally I read somewhere that Barco is not easily matched to some other brand components.
