You can go into the service menu and re-align your pick-up. It is not recommended for people who don't know what they are doing, but it is in fact not that difficult. Do a Google search about service menu and you will get lots of hits. For 560D you will want to do single layer DVD alignment first and then dual layer DVD alignment. You must do them both in that order: you can't just do dual layer DVD alignment.
