The Integra DPS-7.2 DVD-Audio player also does upsampling to 24bit/96khz, although it's not progressive video output. But if you get an HDTV monitor with progressive conversion built into the monitor itself, why worry if the DVD player is progressive?

The DPS-9.1 is progressive, but doesn't currently upsample audio. I imagine that will be changed, soon, though, given that the 'lower' model now offers upsampling:
