A/V receiver + speakers for ~$1200-1500

Hello all.
I'm looking for a budget A/V receiver plus six speakers to be used exclusively for HT. Its musical ability is irrelevant, as there's a decent 2 channel setup one room over. No real make-it-or-break-it requirements, although wideband component video switching would be a bonus.
