To be frank, your statement seems rather unnecessary and a bit offensive. "Japs"? Some remnant of a WWII John Wayne movie perhaps? And if you do much of a search for info. it will probably become apparent that the economic woes in Japan are largely tied to banking/investment problems and overextension in troublesome real estate markets as well as the general downturn for the world economy rather than oil prices per se (especially considering that oil prices are not terribly high right now compared with historical highs).
