AV Premap suggestion

Looking for an AV-preamp but needs help finding products to look at.
I have identified two possible solutions for me and a set of needed featues in the two options.

Option1: DD/DTS, 1 XLR/Balanced analog input, Front-channel XLR output, 5.1 analog input (RCA)
Option2: DD/DTS, Front-channel as digital output (volume controlled), Center, rear, sub as analog output (RCA), 5.1 analog input (RCA)

Any help highly appreciated!
