A/V Capture Board Recommendation Needed

Any recommendations for a video AND AUDIO capture board for a PC to take the output of a Sony Hi-8 Camcorder.
Does anyone make these at a relatively economical price?
I bought a Pinnacle Studio AV capture board but it only captures video. I guess the AV stands for Analog Video not Audio/Video, ARGH!!
If no one makes these how does one capture the audio? With the Editing software and existing Audio Card?
