which 36" to get?

I am currently looking at a direct view tv to get 36 seems within my price range...i was set on getting the sony 36fv27 but then noticed the toshiba next to it and got doubts in my mind....any suggestions on which 36 flat screen is good out there?
any help would be appreciated
