HELP with Theta Data III please

Anyone out there please give me some info on the Theta Data III. Mine is squealing like a cat with someone on its tail on LD (not on CD). I have tracked it down to worn plastic in the upper clamping assembly and wish to replace it. Others must have found the same problem so could some please tell me -

* the basic Pioneer model used in the transport (one of the Elite?)

* where I can obtain an exploded view of the mechanism to get the part number

I can then order it from Pioneer over the net. Very cleverly Pioneer have no email contact so I cannot query them easily.
