Big Emma - bad service?

I have been purchasing new & used LD's from this mob for a couple of years and have spent thousands with them.
Lately they have been unloadinmg heaps of new LD movies at fire sale prices so I've been tempted and bought heaps. All paid for automatically within seconds of order by computer technology.
Only problem now is receiving the goods. Previously they were not too bad (as witnessed by my continued custom). However even allowing for the 6 to 8 weeks it takes for snail mail parcels to get to these shores, I'm still waiting for LD's paid for last July - that is 4 months ago!
Anyone else having trouble with deliveries?
