Hi, Canare LV77s(RG6) can be used for audio & video and is easy to route, however the discrete tools are farely(?) expensive.($140+) And if you're doing a bunch(ask yer friends), is a HQ solution.
No eye's on experience with BNC's, but have read it to be the better of the 2.
