it didn't make much sense to me. For instance, I don't know what an SD box is. I don't care about other frequencies for other remotes in other rooms....I just want to program my TV remote to control the dish receiver.

I have a Dish Network 301 receiver and a Sharp LC32G4U TV with remote. If anybody knows where to look for codes that might work I would really appreciate the information.
