I bought a 3960 to be the CD player in my office, replacing a late 80's Technics. The Toshiba was so good after the Technics, it was a a revelation how far digital has come in 20 years.

The 3960 sound was so good, I bought a second to use as a DVD player. Amazon is selling them for $50.
