When I play the new INXS DVD, "I'm Only Looking," there's absolutely no bass when I select DVD; however, if I select Multi-channel, I get bass. What is going on? By not utilizing the DVD option, I cannot choose between DD and DTS. In addition, I know the disc is not defective because It works just fine on another unit.
