A friend recently said he downloaded an HD episode of the West Wing (or something like that) and watched it on his laptop. He said the picture quality smoked the line doubled picture on his Panasonic 34" wide screen CRT HDTV.I said why don't you just output the laptop to the HDTV. He didn't think anyone made a device to do such a thing.
Does anyone make a PCMCIA card or USB device that with component video outputs (I assume that's what he needs) so he can watch HD stuff stored on the laptop on the HDTV?
