Sorry for the delay. All new TVs can handle DVDs. The 80V only has
analog video outputs (composite, S-Video and component). Virtually
all new TVs have those inputs. I don't know what you're looking for,
i.e. CRT, LCD or Plasma. I don't know where you live, but if you
want a CRT it's best to buy locally because shipping will be too
expensive, although home delivery could be $50. CRT is still the best
value. That's what I have (Samsung). LCD is getting better and
coming down in price. I'm considering it for its light weight and
slim size. The model I'd buy is the Samsung LN-R268W 26". . .beats the Sharps. The best site I found is B&H Photo in NYC. But I live in
Connecticut. I've ordered 3 times from them with no problems. Same
day shipment. They have your 80V for $116.90. That Samsung LCD I
mentioned cost $900 (a far cry from my $249 CRT!). Their website is
