SCART socket RGB or RCA component video

Hello
Got a new denon DVD 770 player for my HT system, as this has a toslink instead of spdif i need to move my player next to the amp. Therefor im left with a dilemma:- which should i use; the Component video outs or RGB out of the scart socket.
I know that RGB is supposed to be the best (ie higher bandwidth) but is this true when implemented within the SCART spec ?
so what & who's cable sould I use ?
