Denon 3805 suddenly stopped processing video

71.234.227.125

If anyone can provide me even some guidance on this problem, it would REALLY be appreciated with Thanksgiving bearing down on me in a matter of days.

Last night I was out of the room while my daughter was playing XBox, and when I returned to the room my projector was displaying a blank/blue screen and she told me she had finished playing and had shut off the XBox and never touched the receiver.

No matter what combinations I have tried today, it seems as though the Denon will not process any incoming video signal, nor output ANY of the various signals that it should be (composite, S-Video or component). This receiver had been working flawlessly, and one reason for its purchase was the fact that it would upconvert any incoming video signal and output a component signal (which it did decently, although not spectacularly). Now it won't output any signals at all, and I've tested all the cable, video components and the projector and plasma that have been displaying the images, and everything is working perfectly fine.

Is there some fuse/breaker or something within the receiver that someone knows about that could suddenly go and create my situation? The whole thing seems amazingly odd, and you can't even fart around through all the "setup" menus to see if something has been changed since nothing is being output.

Any hints will be great, or otherwise I guess I'll be stuck sending it out for service.

Many thanks in advance.

Mike
