....or it could just use a little adjustment to the vertical deflection. I don't know how Toshiba does this. You could try calling them up and purchasing a service manual (they are usually $10-20). If you're not real handy poking around in a television's innards, take it to a service shop. They might charge an hour of labor.

Letterbox movies have a black bars at the top and bottom. Is it distorting the picture as well as the black bars?
