I've heard good comments about the Denon 5000 DVD player. It's list price is $2500. but there are several dealers offering about 25-30% off list price.I have no first hand knowledge of this player but going to L.A. next weekend to audition one. Check Denon's web site for specifications. It has digital inputs for external digital components, etc.
