That's about the best you can ask of a Hollywood blockbuster these days

It certainly was no Oppenheimer, which was last year's summer blockbuster and arguably the most important film made this century. But Deadpool 3 was certainly light and my kid and I laughed a lot, and maybe that's the best we can hope for.
