Burr-Brown DACs on DSP receiver?

I was looking for a great DAC on a DD receiver for a resonable cost. I also want the amps to be a delightful compromise of the 2 schools of sound:
1) flat-freq, articulate & tight
2) open, airy & live
I also the digital delay for the rear channel able to be zeroed.
I use this option for playing live music recordings (CD/LD) where the every delay destroys the music.
