And use a LOT OF GLUE.
That way, when removal time comes, a good chunk of wall comes, too.

US code typically calls for studs '16 inches on center'........Joists, which are LEVEL are also either 16 or 24 on center while the same goes for rafters.....which are 'tilted' and parallel the roof line.

A Joist and a pair of rafters, to a 'peak' would be the minimum requirement of a TRUSS....
