DNP screens...

Posted by timothywas1@comcast.net on June 4, 2021 at 19:47:31:

Anyone else here using these screens.
Ive had mine for some time and find it really accentuates the feed from the projector.

Just curious of others impressions and thoughts on ambient light rejection screens performance in general.

Weve got the black velvet on aluminium surround at 120 inch, colors are rich and lifelike as it seems to just absorb the light and explode with detail and inky blacks with great shadow detail.
Perhaps this explosion of color is why they refer to it as Supernova Core 2.

Im a fan of old black and white movies and anagram series shows like Rod Serlings Twilight Zones, well this screen gets it right!
Really involves you in the directors beautiful cinematography.

Its pricey as it comes from Denmark and was delivered on an 18 wheeler!

Any other DNP users or fans of other brand name alr screens care to share your thoughts.
