Older folks may know Tim Considine as the oldest son in the TV show "My Three Sons". Or 'Spin' from the Disney series "Spin and Marty". But Considine was credited (or not) with one other notable performance in the movie "Patton". In the movie credits listed only as 'Soldier Who Gets Slapped'. Considine only had a very few lines but the seen was one of the more memorable because of Patton (George C. Scott) slapping him in the hospital. R.I.P.

With the always wonderful Fred MacMurray and William Frawley (who played Fred Mertz). I remember Tim too on Walt Disney's The Hardy Boys Mysteries as Frank Hardy, which prompted me to read the series of books. RIP.

One thing about MTS that was abit odd was the oldest boy getting married, then still living in the same house with his wife as his father and brothers. That seemed a bit unusual.
She could be the lady of the house!
Seriously, my uncle, aunt, and my two cousins lived with my grandparents in the 1950s. I think it was much more common back then. My dad was a building contractor and built a house for them on the lot next door to the grandparents house. When my grandmother passed my cousin and her husband lived in grandmother's house!
