The remake of "Flight of the Phoenix" purportedly has a 34 hz low point during the crash sequence. The film itself is OK, not as good as the original.
Follow Ups:
"Master and Commader" has some very frightening and woofer busting cannon shots toward the begiining of the film and also sports the best overall sound of any conventional DVD.
"Open Range" has some pretty convincing thunderstorms and and startling gun shots.
