Mie is an intelligent woman who has lost her mind, so to speak. She has been secured in a mental hospital because it is thought she may have been responsible for a young man's disappearance by a local detective who does everything he can to keep Mie locked up for personal reasons. This story is built on flashbacks and forwards and the goal posts change from episode to episode Interesting, involving, and somewhat compelling. It is an eight epi series so it won't hurt too bad.
