This is a quirky film that deals with the lengths a person will go to get their stolen pet back. There are some moral tidbits about chasing the dollar rather than follow your heart thrown in. I thought Nicolas Cage did a good job here. A big improvement over a number of previous efforts.
I enjoyed it for the most part. Where else will you see a film shot in and around Portland Oregon with no scenes of all the homeless camps?

You left out the important part. This is a prized truffle hunting pig that supplies the best Portland restaurants with truffles. This is how hermit Cage makes all his money. Cage must go to the "underbelly" of haute cuisine in Portland in search of the thief. Worth watching.

+1 It's worth a look. nt, posted on June 8, 2022 at 12:56:21

I wanted to leave that discovery to the bolder viewers here who would take the chance on seeing it.
