I have been visiting here now and then, but for some reason did not have a drive to post. While continuing our tradition of watching one hopefully good movie a night, we found precious little that was truly memorable. Still, I looked back about 6 months, and here is the list of what I found noteworthy. The Distinguished Citizen In a Lonely Place Out of the Past Wadjda Their Finest Girl on a Bicycle Sicario Chinese Takeout The Man from Elysian Fields Norsemen Wild Tales Tae Guk Gi Foxtrot Frantz Not too much for 6 months, but still, something. On the guilty pleasure front I became a fan of Gomorrah - a brutal Italian crime series. Watched the first season, then the second as it came out... now re-watching the first. Thick plot with wonderfully depicted characters.

No, I was not crazy about the Narcos. I watched the first season, but ignored the second one.
