Sometimes humanity wins out.
Things are done differently in Nippon, and this film explores that through the experiences of an American actor pursuing a career there. Fraser loves Japan and bounces from job to job until he hits upon a "rental family" business that supplies extras for all sorts of social settings and requirements. He learns even more about the culture, its people, and its shared humanity with the rest of the world.
Kind, soft spoken, and enlightening. A film free of the dreck and grime of modern cinema that everyone can enjoy. Worth the walk in.
