...was highly impressed by the image on this 2007 DVD: Vivid, sharp and contrasty. Come to learn, the film had been allowed to fade and deteriorate (hard to believe, with the highest-earning musical group ever) and the restoration feature showed a number of before-and-afters. The things they can do with technology these days!
I had seen it originally in 1965 at a drive-in theatre. I objected, I wanted to go downtown, but the others wanted to rush right out and there it was. The sound? One of those hook-on-the-window boxes. Feh. But last night, the stereo was clear and present.
Also it was good to see young Paul before his death.
The title tune however I finf unable to get out of my head. Help!

Ahh, I get it, you're one of the three people on the planet who actually fell for the "Paul is Dead" schtick.
BTW, the noted audio reviewer Teresa has some interesting thoughts I'm sure she would love to share with you regarding the Bush White House being behind 9/11. Has links to all kinds of scientific proof and such.

...doesn't pass muster with you, we see. What we're told in the newspapers and on TV, evidently does.
