More defective DVD's from Netflix

It does seem like the percentage of defective, badly damaged and scratched DVD's from Netflix is increasing steadily.

I suppose this is inevitable, but still, quite irritating to have to stop the film in the middle and wait days for a replacement.

Am I expecting perfection? Not really, but I would hope for at least a quick look on part of their personnel before shipping it. Usually the severe scratches are quite obvious.

Problem is, about 90% of our queue is not available through streaming.

Just venting... :)

  Perhaps ours has some guy who hates good films and intentionally scratches them!
  
  I have more than one player, and usually the damage is well beyond the "scratch".

  And that work every time, last time been yesterday.
  Got a special spray to clean the surface.
  After that it woks.

      We have dvd�s per Post. And download And Pirate streaming like everywhere. (I do not use this last option but I know of some who do...)

I am strictly DVD and very rarely have any troubles - 4 discs a week.
